Overland Property Group will be the developer, owner and operator of The Residence at Arbor Grove. OPG partners with many management companies who oversee the administration of the back office, accounting as well as the screening of tenants, income verifications and ongoing LIHTC compliance.
For this specific community, OPG will use The Dalmark Group in the role of administrative agent. OPG and Dalmark operate numerous senior living communities including The Gardens at Creekside in Kansas City which most closely resembles the mixed-income senior community that we are proposing in Arlington.
