local non-profits to provide resident services and
activities relevant to the needs of the target
population.
OPG operates six independent living communities across Kansas, Missouri and now Oklahoma and Texas. All of these properties operate under the same
philosophy, providing quality independent living at an affordable price while offering a la carte services via third-party providers to residents that may need
additional help to age in place.
Some of these third-party providers are not for profit such as Meals-On-Wheels.
Arlington provides a unique opportunity to partner with Senior Citizen Services of Tarrant County which has an outstanding reputation in the region and will can
offer many services to our residents. We have had preliminary conversations with Jerry Mosman, CEO of SCSTC and are very encouraged and excited to
possibly partner SCSTC at The Residence at Arbor Grove.
Mr. Mosman was kind enough to send a letter of support for our project.
