TDHCA awards points on a sliding scale up to 12 points / application for “Local Contribution” on a per unit basis.
Per/Unit dollar amounts are determined by population.
Abilene and Wichita Falls applications would need $15,000 / tax credit unit to achieve maximum points (12).
40 units = $600,000 50 units = $750,000
