EVENING ACTIVITIES
“California Rustic” Welcome
Reception at La Costa
•This Welcome Reception is inspired by the design aesthetic of rustic Southern California. This evening welcomes guests to the California Coast.
•Furniture groupings combine the rustic feeling of the venue as well as the seaside aesthetic of San Diego. These groupings will be placed in a variety of locations to provide additional seating for guests to relax and mingle.
•Beautiful wood bars will be accompanied by rustic cocktail tables and metal barstools. Rustic centerpieces are inspired by the blue hues of the ocean reflecting in the distance.
•Dining rounds feature ivory and beige linens that play on the rustic theme and centerpieces match those of the cocktail tables.
•Guests can take the opportunity to have their photo taken by a polaroid camera or an open air photo booth that provides instant social sharing.
•Since this reception would be near the pool area, adding a bubble atmospheric dancer that can “walk on water” creates a unique outdoor experience that is sure to entertain guests for the whole evening.
•Leah Zeger and the Sultan of String is a prominent jazz singer/ violinist with her own quartet in which they play a variety of music.
•will be covered in linens to complete the bohemian inspired maroon, green, orange, and teal combinations.
