 Just over a year ago, we began a conversation with Travelers that asked that very question.
Today, we return with a detailed,
well considered answer — one that finds the meeting point between your culture, your goals and your needs from incentives.
Here’s the short version of that answer — incentives are ascending from a catch all “do this, get that” approach to a precise set of tools that can realize a culture in route to providing long term success.
With this in mind, research, due diligence, program and analysis design, and operational excellence are never like-to-have components, they are must haves in creating
an overarching Incentive strategy with exceptional execution and an unmatched user experience.
