Arrivals into Miami International Airport
• Meet and greet service
• Transfers (approximately 30 minutes) to resort
via sedans, deluxe sprinter vans, mini buses or
coaches
• Check-in at The Loews, Miami Beach
• Private President’s Club hospitality desk
• Hotel porterage
• Welcome refreshments
The remainder of the afternoon is at leisure, with time to relax, unpack, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
EVENING ACTIVITIES
“Simply Florida – A ‘Fresh’ Perspective”
Welcome Reception
• A light and airy feel graces guests as they walk through our custom curated citrus groove field. Laced with pops of citrus burst and refreshing vibes, this event is sure to wow with it’s true Floridian flair.
• Vintage panels feature an array of images straight from Florida in the 1950s. These images provide
for an immersive atmosphere while displaying
the artistic renderings of our native orange grove fields.
• A tempting array of local favorites will have guests lining up at the buffet
• Luxurious wine bikes and tea machine roam through your citrus grove with plant life and exotic greeters. Guests walk away with fine art portraits of themselves
• Hues of lemon and orange line your event with pops of green reminiscent of a citrus groove field. Vibrant and fresh centerpieces are composed of soft florals. Dining tables are accented with hotel chairs and stripped linens while wooden high tops feature cocktail chalkboard signs
• The sounds of the “Unplugged” band provide the perfect background music without overpowering the atmosphere of the event.s
