Fuel
The TECH ZERO is able to utilize natural gas, propane, diesel, waste oil and bio mass. While natural gas and propane are preferred, the system can be supplied with diesel/oil burners.
Throughput
As with any thermal technology, throughput varies with the type of material. The higher the moisture content, the more energy required to dehydrate and heat the material. In general, with this design, batch times of 36 to 48 hrs can be expected. A single TECH ZERO system will process approximately 1 to 1 .5 TPH with little to no downtime. There are only a few moving parts - eliminating the need for constant maintenance and repairs. The throughput rate is increased by simply adding more units. There is no project too large or too small.
Manpower
Each TECH ZERO requires a minimum of a 2-man crew. In addition to system monitoring (for temperature progress) the crew is responsible for loading and emptying the thermal “bins” when treatment is com- plete. Manpower training is quick and in most cases only one ex-pat is able to train all required operators.
