Comprised of four talented artists all hailing from Cleveland, Ohio, JPENNELOPE includes the talents of Tarshá “Pennie Mac” Hamilton, “James Blaque” Penn, Jarriel “Jay” Willis, and André “Joose” Willis. It’s no mistake that all four members were born and raised in the birthplace of Rock ‘n Roll. Their unique sound taps into diverse musical influences including Jazz, Country, Gospel, RnB, Pop, and Soul. You name it. They bring it.
