Become an EIC Champion Business!
In summer 2020, we launched our EIC Champion initiative, an idea which focuses on building connections between the electrical and energy industry and the EIC. In order to keep our free and confidential services available to the industry, we rely on organisations to help promote our fundraising initiatives across the sector, by becoming an EIC Champion organisation.
Since the launch of our EIC Champion Business Programme, we have welcomed Aico, NICEIC, Schneider and Allied Building Services as EIC Champions and are looking to enrol as many businesses as we can across the energy and electrical sector into the scheme. NICEIC, Schneider, Aico and Allied Building Services have made the commitment
to promote a positive employee wellbeing culture within their organisations and support EIC through fundraising for EIC Day as well as implementing the Charity Stand Down Hour and workplace powerLottery. As an EIC Champion, they receive exclusive monthly health presentations which focus on the most prevalent issues within our industry.
These presentations range from men’s health to relationship breakdown to financial wellbeing. Within
their organisations they have promoted EIC Champions, employees who are there to liaise with staff about the Charity and help to nurture a positive environment for their colleagues. Each EIC Champion Business and internal EIC Champion Employee is given total support from the EIC, and the partnership works by fostering a strong rapport built through communication and a joint aim to strengthen our industry.
We would like to say a massive thank you to Aico, Schneider, NICEIC and Allied Building Services for joining the EIC Champion Business Programme initiative and for supporting our industries Charity so we can assist those in our sector who need it most.
