Justin Leboe named 2016’s Most Innovative Chef by Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants and is the Chef-Owner of Calgary’s popular restaurants Model Milk and Pigeonhole He trained at some of North America’s most coveted restaurants including The French Laundry Daniel and Le Bernardin In 2007 he became Executive Chef at Calgary’s Rush then opened Model Milk in in 2011 followed in in 2014 by Pigeonhole Both ventures were named among enRoute magazine’s Best New Restaurants with Pigeonhole earning the top spot for 2015 TASTY FACT
