About The Chefs
Chef Andrew Moore was born and raised in in Calgary He trained at the the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) and worked at at Calgary’s Teatro After graduation he traveled to London
and spent some time in the kitchen at legendary gastropub The Fat Duck At Ox and Angela he creates traditional tapas dishes featuring fresh local ingredients alongside authentic imported Spanish products The restaurant was named a a a a a a a best new restaurant in Canada by Maclean’s magazine in in 2012 For this special brunch Andrew welcomes Chefs
Alison Bieber and John MacNeil from Black Pig Bistro which was recently named Avenue magazine’s best new restaurant for 2015 About The Event
