Budapest is one of the cities that will not upset you about eating with its wide selection of cuisine. You may even come across something familiar to suit your taste. We have prepared for you a list containing a few delicacies that you should unquestionably eat in this beautiful city when you get there.
Langos: Hungarians love this dish, essentially consumed with garlic, sour cream, and cheese on the dough, and they consume it in abundance.
Pogaca: Pogaca which we all ate with pleasure, probably entered Hungarian cuisine during the Ottoman period and was very popular. Pogácsa, which has many varieties with cheese, meat and vegetables, is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Gulyas: You can find Gulyas, the country's national dish, in every restaurant, and choose the one that best suits your palate among dozens of variations of this soup-like dish diversified with different flavors.
Chicken Paprika: Chicken Paprika, served with many different things, is a very saturator dish. It is made from chicken, onion, butter, tomato, garlic, flour and lots of red pepper.
Palatschinke: Another familiar flavor... Palatschinke is actually the Bosnian Crepe that we all know. When honey, jam, marmalade are added to Palatschin- ke, which is made with salt and dessert, it is decorated with sauces such as fruit, chocolate, and caramel, and their final touches are made with powdered sugar.
