da 20 yıldır çok mutlu ve huzurlu olduğumu görüyorum. Öğrenme ve gelişim süreci burada hep ön planda. Beni buraya en çok bağlayan etken de bu.

1996’da. Endüstri mühendisi olarak gelidm Talu’ya. Talu benim üçüncü şirketimdi. Önceki çalıştığım şirkette line’la- rı daha verimli hale getirmek üzerine zaman etüdü-ve- rimlilik çalışmaları yapmak için katıldığım bir eğitimde LC Waikiki’nin endüstri mühendisleri ile tanıştım. Bana dediler ki “Sen çok istekli ve azimlisin. Gel bizdeki yapılanamaya katıl.” Koşarak geldim ve geldiğim ilk hafta Mustafa Bey ile tanıştım. Tanışırken, “Sizden çok şey bekliyoruz.” dedi. Söylediği benim için çok önemliydi ve benim için itici bir güç oldu. O günden beri hala ilk günkü heyecanı yaşıyorum. Sizlerle birlikte olmaktan çok mutluyum.

Ben de endüstri mühendisiyim. Stajda tekstil işine gir- dim ve devam ettim. O zamanların İK Müdürü Oktay Bey kandırdı beni... Merkez’de görüşme yapıp, Trikotek’e yolladı (gülüyor). Aslında iyi de yaptı; işi mutfağında öğ- rendim. İşe ilk eğitimle başladım hala da eğitimle devam ediyorum. Burada 21. yılım dolmak üzere, Mustafa Bey ailem gibi. İyi ki tanıştık iyi ki beraber çalışıyoruz.

İşe 1997 yılında Tema Tekstil’de başladım; dış ticaret- te... O zaman sadece ithalat birimi vardı; çok az ihracat yapıyorduk. Üç kişilik bir ekiptik. Bugün 50 kişilik bir eki- biz. Bu süre zarfında hep öğrenen bir süreçte oldum. LC Waikiki, bana çok şey kattı.

got married here, we had children here. There were times when I couldn’t bear; but when I look back in hindsight I see 20 years of being very happy and peaceful. The learning and development process is always at the frontline here. This is the factor that binds me here the most.

In 1996. I came to Talu as an industrial engineer. Talu was my third company. I met LC Waikiki’s industrial engineers in a training I attended to conduct time-e ciency studies on making the lines more e cient in my previous compa- ny. They said to me, “You are very willing and persevering. Come join our structure. “ I came running and in the rst week I met Mr. Mustafa. He said, “We expect a lot from you.” What he said was very important to me and was a driving force for me. Since that day, I am still experiencing the rst day excitement. I am very happy to be with you.

I also am an industrial engineer. I entered the textile busi- ness as an intern and continued. Mr. Oktay, the HR Man- ager at that time, made my mind... He interviewed me at the head o ce and sent me to Trikotek. (laughs) Actually, he did well; I learned ins and outs of the business there. I started the job with a training, and I still continue to attend trainings. I am to surpass 21 years in here and Mr. Mustafa is like my family. It is so nice to meet and work together.

Transit Trade and Warehouse Process Manager
I started working at Tema Tekstil in 1997; in foreign trade department ... At that time, there was only import unit; we were doing very little export. We were a team of 3 people. Today, we are a team of 50 people. During this time, I’ve always been in a learning process. LC Waikiki has contrib- uted a lot to me.
