“GEMBA’DA GENHCI GENBUTSU” UYGULAMASINDAYDI!
JACKET TEAM WAS IN “GENHCI GENBUTSU IN GEMBA” APPLICATION AFTER A SERIES OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION!
Kurumsal Akademi, Mesleki Uzmanlık Geliştirme Mü- dürlüğü (Buying/Planlama) ekibince yürütülen, erkek ce- ket ekibine yönelik bir ceketin A’dan Z’ye bütün üretim işlemlerini kapsayan, 3 günlük sınıf içi Teknik Eğitim ve iki saha ziyareti uygulaması eğitimleri tamamlandı.
Category Product Manager’i Özgür Mermer’in talebi doğrultusunda ve LC Waikiki eğitmenlerinden konu uzma- nı Eugen Niculescu ile yürütülen programa ceket ekibinin tüm üyeleri katıldı. Program, ceketin tarihçesi ile başlayıp, cekete uygun kumaş seçimi, ceketlerde kullanılan dikiş tipleri, ceket kalıbının oluşturulması, cekette olmazsa ol- maz telanın uygulama alanları, dikiş metotları, üretimde karşılaşılabilecek başlıca sorunlar, ölçü kontrol, paketleme ve taşıma konularını içerecek şekilde tamamlandı. Aka- binde Klasik (Form) ceket üreten Yelkenci Group ile Spor (Unform) ceket üreten BT Tekstil firmaları ziyaret edilerek teori olarak öğrenilen bilgilerin “Genchi Genbutsu, Git ve Yerinde Kendin Gör/İncele” kavramı ile pekiştirilmesine destek verilmiş oldu.
Conducted by Corporate Academy Professional Special- ization Development Directorate (Buying/Planning) team, the training consisting of 3-day classroom technical training and continuing with 2 eld visits, covering all production pro- cesses for the Men’s Jacket team, has been completed.
All members of Jacket team participated in training in line with Category Product Manager, Özgür Mermer’s request and under the leadership of Eugen Niculescu, as one of LC Waikiki instructors, an expert in this eld. The program commenced with the history of the jacket and include the selection of ap- propriate fabric for the jacket, sewing types used in jackets, the creation of jacket pattern, the application areas of the indispensable interlining, sewing methods, major challenges encountered in the production, size control, packaging, and transportation. After the technical training, the participants visited Yelkenci Group, producing Classic (Form) jackets and BT Tekstil, producing Sports (Uniform) jacket. Hence, their theoretical knowledge was reinforced by the concept of “Genchi Genbutsu, Go and See for Yourself”.
