Hayvanların terk edilmeleri ile ilgili birkaç cümle ku- racak olsanız, ne dersiniz?
✔︎ Bunu yapan insanları anlamam, empati kurabilmem, yorum yapabilmem asla mümkün değil. Benim için insa- nın kendi yavrusunu sokağa atması neyse, bu da o. Baka- mayacaksanız sahiplenmeyin / satın almayın bile diyemi- yorum; çünkü bunu yapan bencil zihniyet bence herkese her şeyi yapabilir.
Bir hayvan sever olarak sokak hayvanları için neler yapıyorsunuz?
✔︎ Keşke elimden daha fazlası gelebilse; ancak oturduğu- muz muhitte onlarca sokak köpeği var, sağolsun belediye onlara kulübe bile temin etti. Fakat yemeklerini/sularını biz sağlamaya çalışıyoruz site sakinleri olarak. Ayrıca, so- ğuk günlerde site içine sığınmalarına müsaade ediyoruz.

✔︎ Birkaç defa Esenyurt Hayvan Barınağı’na gitme şan- sım oldu. Ama dayanamadığımdan son zamanlarda artık gidemiyorum. Hangi birini kurtarabilirsiniz ki? Çoğu cins ve terk edilmiş, yüzleri asık, moralleri bozuk. Luna’m- dan sonra kesinlikle hayvan sahiplenmeyi düşünüyorum; çünkü onlar savunmasız, korkmuş ve yardımımıza muh- taç. gether, eat and drink together. Every time I’m with it, it’s like a therapy. As animals love us, we do not love ourselves, and sometimes we can not even tolerate; but they love us unconditionally and in all our moods without an excep- tion. That’s why I am thankful that they exist...
If you were to make a few sentences about the aban- donment of animals, what would you say?
I✔︎ t is not possible for me to understand these people, show empathy for them, or comment on them in any way. Whatever it is for a man to throw his own baby on the street, that’s the same thing. I am even having dif- ficulty to say if you cannot keep a pet, do not adopt/do not buy; because the selfish people that can abandon an- imals can do anything to anyone.
As an animal lover, what do you do for street animals?
✔︎ I wish I could do more; but there are dozens of street dogs where we live; the municipality has even supplied doghouses for them. But as the residents of the site we try to supply food / water for them. We also allow them in site to take shelter in the cold days.
Our motto is #satınalmasahiplen! Why should people adopt an animal?
✔︎ I had a chance to go to the Esenyurt Animal Shelter a couple of times. But lately I do not go since I can’t stand. Which one can you save? Most of them are abandoned, their faces are down, and they look depressed. After Luna, I do certainly think of owning another animal; be- cause they are vulnerable, frightened and in need of help. I wish we could adopt these animals and put an end to pet
