BÜTÇEMİ YÖNETİYORUM
EĞİTİMLERİ BAŞLADI!
Profesyonel Esnaf Süreci kapsamında mağaza mü- dürlerine verilecek olan eğitimlerden ilki olan “Bütçemi Yönetiyorum Eğitimi”, Mayıs 2018 itibari ile tüm Türkiye mağaza müdürlerine verilmeye başlandı. Strateji ve Sü- reç Geliştirme Müdürlüğü ile koordineli şekilde hazırlanan eğitim ile amaç mağaza müdürlerinin; mağaza gelir-gider kalemlerine hakim olarak, verimliliği arttırmaya ve mali- yetleri azaltmaya yönelik aksiyon alabilmesini sağlamak ve böylece bütçe yönetme becerisini geliştirmektir.
Bölge müdürlerinin, bölgesindeki mağaza müdürlerine, sınıf eğitimleri ile ulaştırdığı eğitimin içeriğinde; “Satış hedefi nasıl verilir”, “Verimlilik mağazalarda nasıl öngö- rülebilir” gibi pek çok soruya cevap bulunuyor. Mağaza müdürleri eğitimlerde, mağaza karlılığını artırabilecek yöntemler belirliyor ve bu yöntemleri katıldıkları gruba sunuyor. Böylece yöneticiler birbirlerinden öğrenme şan- sı da ediniyorlar.
Tüm Türkiye’de bölge müdürlerimiz tarafından veril- meye devam eden “Bütçemi Yönetiyorum Eğitimi”nin herkese faydalı olmasını diliyoruz.

I MANAGE MY BUDGET TRAININGS HAVE STARTED!
I Manage My Budget training to be given to Store Man- agers as the first of the trainings within the scope of Pro- fessional Shopkeeper Process, began to be given to all Store Managers in Turkey as of May 2018. Prepared in co- ordination with the Strategy and Process Development Department, the training aims to improve the Store Man- agers’ ability to manage the budget, to take action for in- creasing the productivity and reducing the cost by holding sway over the income-cost items in the stores.
Through the content of the in-house trainings given to the Store Managers in every region of the Regional Man- agers - How are the sales goals allocated? - How can the productivity be predicted in the stores? these are among many questions to be answered. Store Managers deter- mine ways to increase the store’s profitability during train- ing sessions and present them to the group. Thus, man- agers have the chance to learn from each other.
We wish that I Manage My Budget training which is still given by our Regional Managers throughout Turkey to be helpful to everyone.
