Bir de gardırobunuzda öylece duran duygusal bağ kurdu- ğunuz ve asla atmaya kıyamadığınız kıyafetler vardır. Her bir kıyafetin enerjisi olduğunu unutmayın, siz onları giyme- seniz bile dolabınızda yer alması sizin enerjinizi etkiliyor. Bir danışanım uzun yıllardır hayatı paylaştığı kimse olmadığın- dan hayıflanıyordu. Bir gün dolabındaki kıyafetlerini incele- mek için evine davet etmişti. Eve girdiğimde söyledikleri- nin aksine sanki o evde bir erkek yaşıyordu. Erkek terlikleri, dolabında erkek gömlekleri, kol düğmeleri vardı. Bunların kime ait olduğunu sorduğumda, on beş yıl önce kaybetti- ği eşine ait olduğunu öğrendim. Hâtıralara saygı duymak gerekir. Bunda hem fikiriz. Yalnız hayatınızda bir şeyler is- tediğiniz gibi gitmiyorsa, değişmek, değiştirmek gerekir. Eski eşine ait tüm kıyafetleri yardım kuruluşlarına verdi ve dört ay sonra yenilenen enerjisiyle hayatına yeni biri girdi. Kullanmadığınız, size kötü anıları anımsatan, enerjisi iyi gelmeyen kıyafetlerinizden kurtulun!

Gözümüz kıyafetleri nasıl yorumluyor?
İmajı oluşturan ilk faktörlere bakıldığında göz şunları gö- rür; hatlar ve kesimler; tasarımdaki hatlar, detaylar, ke- simler. Renkler; size verdiği hissiyat nasıl? Desenler; han- gi şekiller göze çarpıyor, kontras seviyesi nedir? Doku ve desen; kumaşın dökümü nasıl, nasıl bir his veriyor, ne gibi görünüyor?
Tüm bu öğeleri birleştirdiğinizde karakteriniz sizi ele ve- riyor. O nedenle alışveriş yaparken bunun rengi çok güzel, onun modeli çok güzel yorumlarının yanında “Bu kıyafet gerçekten beni yansıtıyor mu” sorusunu mutlaka kendi- mize soralım.

If you were only asked to describe your character in 4 qual- ities, what would you write? Please take the paper, the pen and write down the four words that describe you.
So... What would you write if you were asked to define the character that your clothing now reflects using four qualities?
Of course it will vary according to the event, but if you do not carry a piece that reflect one of the four qualities that you have written at first, unfortunately it means that your clothing does not reflect you.
How do our eyes interpret the clothes?
When the first factors that create the image are consid- ered, we may say that the eye sees the following: Lines and cutting; lines, details, cuts in design. Colors; how does it make you feel? Patterns; what shapes stand out, what is the level of contrast? Texture and Pattern; the drape of the fabric, how does it make you feel, how does it look like?
When you combine all these elements, your character is reflected. Hence, when shopping, when you think that the color or the model of the cloth is beautiful, it is necessary to ask ourselves, “does this cloth really reflect me?”
