“ETKİLİ BİR GELİŞİM ARACI: GERİ BİLDİRİM” EĞİTİMİ İLE SİZLERİ BULUŞTURMAKTAN MEMNUNİYET DUYUYORUZ
Çalışanlarımızın etkileşim içinde bulundukları çevrede yapıcı tutum sergileyebilmeleri için geri bildirimi bir araç olarak kullanmalarını kolaylaştıracak ve pozitif etki alanlarını genişletebilecekleri beceriler kazandırmak amacıyla “Etkili Bir Gelişim Aracı: Geri Bildirim” eğitimine başladık.
Bilgilerin pekiştirilmesine katkı sağlayacak 8 ayrı uygula- ma ve geri bildirim konusunu daha eğlenceli hâle getire- cek bir oyundan oluşan eğitimin hedef kitlesi tüm şirket çalışanları olacaktır.
Eğitimden sonra gerçekleştireceğimiz soru-cevap se- anslarında çalışanlarımızla yeniden bir araya gelerek eğitimde kazanılan becerileri pekiştirmeyi hedefliyoruz. Bununla birlikte şirketimizin Geliştirici Geri Bildirim For- mu üzerinden yapılacak uygulama ile formun daha etkin kullanılmasının sağlanmasını amaçlıyoruz.
We have started an “Effective Development Tool: Feedback” training for enabling our employees to use the feedback as a tool in order to adapt a constructive attitude in the environment they interact, and to provide them with the skills to extend their positive sphere of influence.
The target audience of the training, which consists of 8 different practices and one feedback game to render the feedback process more entertaining, would be all the employees of the company.
After the training, we aim to reinforce the skills gained in training by getting together with our employees in ques- tion and answer sessions. In addition, we aim to ensure a more effective use of Constructive Feedback Form thanks to a practice to be implemented.
