EĞİTEN YÖNETİCİLER BAŞARILARLA YOLA DEVAM EDİYOR!
Eğiten Yöneticiler sürecinde bir yıl önce, 24 Kasım 2016 tarihi gibi anlamlı bir günde yola çıkıldı.
Bir yıldır mağazalarda çalışanlarına verdikleri mesleki bil- gi eğitimi ile LC Waikiki’nin sadece bilen değil bildiğini öğ- reten, ekiplerini sürekli geliştiren eğiten yöneticilerimizin “Eğiten Günü” video ile kutlandı.
Çekilen videoda, Mağazacılık Operasyon Direktörlüğü bünyesinde görev alan Operasyon Direktörleri, Bölge Mü- dürleri, İnsan Kaynakları Direktörü ve Müdürleri; eğiten yö- neticilerimize eğitim vererek, neleri başardıklarını paylaştı ve teşekkürlerini sundu.

TRAINING MANAGERS KEEP GOING WITH SUCCESS!
The process of Training Managers began a year ago on a meaningful day, to be more precise on November 24, 2016.
The “Teacher’s Day” of our managers, who have given pro- fessional information training for the employees in the stores for one year and who are not only the knowing person of LC Waikiki but also teach what they learn and who continuously train and develop their teams, was celebrated with a video.
In the video made, the Operation Directors, Regional Man- agers, Human Resources Director and Managers within the scope of the Merchandising Operations Directorate shared what they succeeded by giving training and expressed their thanks to our training managers.
We also congratulate our training managers with all our heart and soul for their e orts, and express our thanks.
