Nuh’un Gemisi ve gemiden inen hayvanların; tonlarca çikolata kullanılarak ses efektleri de eklenerek betimlen- diği eser; Nuh tufanının çikolatayla anlatılmasıyla dün- yada bir ilk gerçekleştirilmiş oldu. İstanbul’un tanıtıldığı bölümde; Kız Kulesi, Yerebatan Sarnıcı, Galata Kulesi, Sultanahmet Camisi, Ayasofya Müzesi gibi İstanbul’a ait simgeler yer alıyor. Beyaz çikolatadan yapılmış iki sema- zen de hareketli bir platform üzerinde sergilenerek ol- dukça ilgi çekiyor.
The work depicting the Noah’s Ark and the animals de- scending from the ark and adding sound e ect is the rst work in the world that describes the ood with chocolate. For promoting Istanbul, the icons are displayed such as Maiden’s Tower, Yerebatan Cistern, Galata Tower, Sultanah- met Mosque, Hagia Sophia Museum. Two whirling dervish- es made from white chocolate are also attracting attention when they are displayed on a moving platform.
