Masalları Andıran Bu Ülke Nerede?
Finlandiya, Kuzey Avrupa’da Baltık Denizi kıyısında bir Kuzey Avrupa ülkesi. İskandinav Yarımadası’nda yer alan ülkenin başkenti Helsinki. Doğusunda Rusya, kuzeyinde Norveç ve batısında İsveç yer alıyor. Yazları ılık, kışları ise oldukça soğuk geçmekte bu ülkede. Ama her mevsimi ola- ğanüstü güzellikte diyebilirim. Biz kışı en güzeliyle bu ülke- de yaşadık. Neler yaptık neler... Heyecanla okuyacaksınız.
Finlandiya’nın Düzlüklerle Dolu Coğrafyası
Finlandiya topraklarının en büyük özelliği arazi yapısı. Çünkü ülkenin büyük bir kısmı ovalardan oluşuyor. Alabildi- ğince dümdüz araziler, tarlalar bu ülkenin en büyük özelliği. Bu ülkede neredeyse dağ, tepe görmek imkansız. Sadece Halti denilen bir dağ var. Bu dağ, Finlandiya’nın en yüksek dağı. Rovaniemi’de Laponya Bölgesi’nde; Norveç, İsveç ve Finlandiya sınırlarının kesiştiği noktada yer alan bir dağ. Bu dağ kışın kayakçıların, yazın da mükemmel manzaralar izle- mek isteyenlerin adresi oluyor.
Hava da, Su da Bedava Bu Ülkede!
Finlandiya, kışın aldığı bol yağış sayesinde tatlı su kay- nakları açısından çok zengin. Tertemiz, bol oksijenli havası nasıl bedava ise bu ülkede sular da çeşmeden içiliyor. Ülke nüfusu az olduğu için sular tertemiz. Dağlardan gürül gürül akan sular içme suyu olarak çeşmelerden içiliyor ve dün- yanın en temiz suyu olarak gösteriliyor. Çeşmeden içmeye alışınca aman evinize dönünce çeşmeden içeyim demeyin. İnsan geri dönünce biraz şaşırıyor çünkü.
Finlilerin Hayatları
Finlandiya yaklaşık 5,5 milyonluk nüfusa sahip. Başkent Helsinki ise yaklaşık 1,5 milyonluk nüfusu barındırıyor. Dünyanın dört bir yanından göçmenlerin yaşadığı bir ülke burası. Çünkü ülke dünyanın en zengin ülkelerinden biri. Ve kişi başı gelir bu ülkede yaklaşık 40 bin dolar. Bu sebeple de ülkede çok fazla yabancı nüfus var.
Where is this dreamland country?
Finland is a Northern European country along the Baltic Sea in Northern Europe. Located in the Scandinavian peninsula, Finland’s capital is Helsinki. Russia is located in the east, while Norway is located in the north and Sweden is in the west of Fin- land. While the weather in the summer is warm, the winter is almost freezing. But I can honestly say that all season is great in this country. I experienced the best winter in this country. We have done so many things. I am sure you are going to read with excitement.
Finland’s Flat Geography
The most prominent characteristics of the Finnish land is the land structure. The large proportion of the country consists of plains. Hence, there are many plain elds and lands in Finland. It is nearly impossible to see a mountain or a hill in this coun- try. There is only one mountain called Halti. This mountain is the tallest peak of Finland. It is located in the Lapland province on the border between the Finland, Norway, and Sweden. This mountain is the favorite location for the skiers in winter while it is the spot preferred in the summer for the beautiful scenery.
The air, as well as the water, is free in this country!
Since it rains abundantly in winter, Finland is very rich in terms of freshwater sources. As you may enjoy the free air full of oxygen, you may drink the tap water. Since the population is not much, the water is always clean. You may drink the tap wa- ter, coming directly from the mountains with a gurgling sound and it is considered the purest water of the world. After getting used to drinking the tap water there, do not try that at home. Because you’ll be surprised when you go back.
The life of the Finnish people
The population of Finland is currently about 5,5 million in- habitants. And, there are 1,5 million inhabitants at the capital Helsinki. In addition, many people with a foreign background live in Finland. Because this is one of the richest countries in the world. The GDP per capita is about 40,000 dollars. Hence, there are so many immigrants.
