Şehri ışıl ışıl hale getiren bir başka mekan ise Garden Glow, yani ‘Parlayan Bahçe’. Her köşesi parlıyor bahçenin. Akşam olduğu zaman Dubai’de zaten her yer ışıl ışıl bir hale geliyor ama bu bahçe manzarayı tamamen değiştiriyor. Öyle bir bahçe ki her şey tamamen yapay ve ışıklarla donatılmış. Ge- miler, köprüler, yollar, ağaçlar, masalar, Dubai yazıları... Her şey ışıklarla tasarlanmış. Gece olduğu zaman öyle canlı, öyle güzel bir görüntü çıkıyor ki ortaya tam bir fotoğraf stüdyo- su oluyor. Parka yapılan gölün çevresi çeşit çeşit hayvanlarla donatılmış, ışıklandırması öyle görkemli ki anlatmak yetmez muhakkak görmeniz lâzım.
Bu eşsiz güzellikteki park; restoranlara, kafelere de ev sa- hipliği yapıyor. Akşam serin serin gezmek için bu park tercih edilen mekânlar arasında. Özellikle de çocuklar bu parka ba- yılıyor.
Dubai’de hava sıcaklığının kışın 26, yazın 40 derecelerde olduğunu söylemiştik daha önce. Dubaililer, bu sıcak hava- lara da bir şekilde çok sağlam çözümler bulmuş, kışı oldukça lüks bir Avm’nin içine getirmişler.

Emirates Mall’da dev bir alan camlarla çevrilip dondurularak, koca bir kayak pisti, teleferik- ler, çocuk oyun alanları yapılmış. Çok sıcaklarda Dubaililerin serinleme mekânı olan kayak merkezi her zaman kalabalık. Kayak öğrenmek isteyenler, dünyanın en özel penguenle- riyle sarılmak, penguenlerin gösterilerini izlemek isteyenler kayak merkezine muhakkak geliyorlar.
İçeri girdiğinizde kendinizi bir anda kutuplarda gibi hisse- diyorsunuz. Buzdan heykellerin, igloların, köprülerin olduğu kayak merkezi sıcaktan bunalanlar için ani bir mevsim deği- şikliği sunuyor.
Kral penguen olarak anılan çok özel penguenler de dün- yada nadir bulunmasına karşın burada çok özel koşullarda bakılıyor ve nesilleri korunmaya çalışılıyor. Kayak merkezinin çevresine yapılan restoranlarda kayak yapanları izleyerek yemeğinizi yiyebilirsiniz.
“Peki ama kıyafetleri nereden buldunuz” derseniz...

Dubai’nin marinası dünyanın en lüks marinalarından biri. Milyon dolarlık yatların demirlediği, ultra lüks gökdelenlerin, rezidansların olduğu bir bölge. Fakat burası yerel halkın de- ğil, Avrupalıların yaşam sürdüğü bir yer. Avrupalılar burada yaşıyorlar. Dubaililer daha ihtişamlı, daha pahalı yerlerde ya- şamayı tercih ediyorlar.

Another place that makes the city sparkling is Garden Glow. That’s a glowing garden. Each corner of this garden glows. In the evening, everywhere in Dubai starts to glow, but this garden changes completely the landscape. It is a garden that is completely artificial and equipped with lights. Ships, bridges, roads, trees, tables, Dubai writings ... every- thing is designed with lights. When it’s night, it’s so lively; it looks like a beautiful photo studio. The area around the lake is equipped with various kinds of animals and it is so spec- tacular that you should see.
This uniquely beautiful park hosts many coffee shops and restaurants. This park is preferred for a cold promenade in the evening. Particularly children love this park.
We have said that the temperature in Dubai is 26 degrees in winter and 40 degrees in summer. Dubai has found sol- id solutions to hot weather; they brought the winter into a very luxurious Mall.
PLEASURE OF SNOW IN DUBAI
As you can sand board in Dubai, you can enjoy skiing here as well. Dubai is a city that combines summer and winter.
Winter sports center, which is built inside the shopping mall and is open for 12 months, surprises the viewers. A huge area at Emirates Mall is surrounded by glass, and the area is cold, a ski slope, tele sieges, children’s playground is built in this area. When it is so hot, the people in Dubai pre- fer this place for cooling. If you want to learn skiing, hug the world’s most special penguins, watch the shows of the pen- guins, you should definitely come to this ski resort.
When you enter you feel like you are at the poles. The ski resort with ice sculptures, igloos and bridges offers a sud- den change of season for those who feel too hot.
The very special penguins, also known as the king pen- guins, are rare in the world, but they are looked after in very particular conditions and their generations are being pro- tected. You can enjoy your meal by looking at people that ski in the restaurants that surround the ski center.
If you ask me about the clothes...
The people in Dubai thought about the clothes as well. Upon arrival, there are special ski outfits for all ages. They give the shoes, socks, gloves, coats, and pants. You put these clothes on your summer clothes, and then you are ready for the winter.
DUBAI’S MARINA
Dubai’s marina is one of the most luxurious marinas in the world. It’s an area where many ultra-luxury skyscrapers, residences are located and where million-dollar yachts are anchored. But this is a place where the Europeans live, not only inhabited by the local people. Europeans live here. Lo- cals of Dubai prefer to live in more expensive places.
IS DUBAI SUITABLE FOR VACATION WITH CHILDREN?
Dubai is definitely an address that children will love. There are great theme parks for children to enjoy. There are also unique parks and theme parks. Children’s menus are also quite rich and various.
IMMIGRANTS
Dubai is actually the address of immigrants. There are few local people living in Dubai. While many people with Dubai origin live abroad, there are 3,5 million people living in Dubai. 800 thousand of them are local people while the oth- ers are immigrants. Immigrants consist of employees that come countries such as Pakistan, India and Afghanistan.
