“KOÇVARI ÖĞRETMEN” PROGRAMINI
HAYATA GEÇIRMENIN MUTLULUĞUNU YAŞIYORUZ

WE ARE PLEASED TO REALIZE “COACHING TEACHER” PROGRAM, INTENDED FOR THE TEACHERS OF VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL ANATOLIAN HIGH SCHOOL
Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı, LC Waikiki Kurumsal Akademi, İHKİB yetkilileri ve ilgili Giyim Üretim Bölümü Öğretmen- lerinin katılımı ile Giyim Üretim Teknolojisi alanında Öğ- retim Programı Geliştirme/Güncelleme Komisyon Ça- lışmalarında başlayan güzel bir iletişimin ardından İHKİB Kağıthane Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi öğretmen- lerine yönelik LC Waikiki Kurumsal Akademi İç Koçlarının önderliğinde “Koçvari Öğretmen” programını hayata ge- çirmenin mutluluğunu yaşıyoruz.
Program kapsamında öğretmenlerin kendi öğretmenlik yaklaşımlarını fark etmeleri, olumlu bakış açısının geliş- mesi için öğrenciyi daha derinden dinlemeleri, etkin so- rularla öğrencinin kendi yanıtlarını ve engellerini buldur- maları, değişmesi ve gelişmesi beklenen davranışı açıkça söylemeleri, takdir ederek öğrencilerin performansını daha etkili kullanmaları, öğrenciye sonuç aldıracak de- ğerlerini keşfettirmeleri ve öğrenciye yeni bakış açısı ka- zandırarak istediği sonuçları aldırmaları hedeflendi.
Keyifli ve verimli bir programı tamamladıklarını dile ge- tiren öğretmenlerimiz, almış oldukları eğitimin devamını talep ettiler.
We are pleased to realize “Coaching Teacher” program, under the leadership of LC Waikiki Corporate Academy Internal Coaches for the teachers of İHKİB Kağıthane Vo- cational and Technical Anatolian High School, following a positive communication, initiated during Apparel Produc- tion Technology Development/Revision workshops in the Apparel Production Technology field by the participation of Ministry of National Education, LC Waikiki Corporate Academy, İHKİB officials and related Apparel Production Department Teachers.
Within the scope of the program, teachers are expect- ed to realize their own teaching approaches, learn more deeply to develop positive perspectives, help students to find the answers for the questions they may have, help students to realize the obstacles, clearly express the ex- pected behavior of change and development, use their performance more effectively, help students to discover the values for creating the results and help students to develop new perspectives.
As the teachers expressed that they have completed a pleasant and productive program, they demanded a con- tinuation of this training.
