MID-LEVEL MANAGER AND STORE VISUAL MERCHANDISER SPECIALIST PROMOTION PROGRAMS CONTINUE!
2019/2. Dönem Ara Kademe Yönetici Terfi Programı 2 – 6 Eylül tarihlerindeki sınıf eğitimleri ile başlamış olup, iki ay boyunca devam edecektir. Bu süre içerisinde 54 ada- yımız; sınıf, e-öğrenme ve işbaşı eğitimleri ile davranışsal ve mesleki açıdan desteklenecek. İki ayın sonunda başa- rılı olan adaylarımız, 1 Kasım’da da aday oldukları pozis- yonun 4 aylık vekâlet sürecine başlayacaklar.
2019/1. Dönem Mağaza Görsel Düzenleme Yetkilisi Ye- tiştirme Programı 2-7 Eylül sınıf eğitimleri ile başladı. Programa katılan 37 aday, bir aylık eğitim süreci boyunca; e-öğrenme ve işbaşı eğitimleri ile davranışsal ve mesle- ki açıdan desteklenecek olup, bir ayın sonunda başarılı olanlar, 1 Ekim itibari ile MGDY olarak atama almaya hak kazanabilecekler.
Eğitim programının katılımcılara faydalı olmasını dileriz.
2nd Term of 2019’s Mid-Level Manager Promotion Pro- gram has started with the class trainings on September 2 - 6 and will continue for two months. During this period, 54 candidates will be supported in terms of behavioral and professional training with classroom trainings, e-learning and on-the-job training. At the end of two months, the mandate period of 4 months will begin on 1st of November for the successful candidates.
1st Term of 2019’s Store Visual Merchandising Training Program started with in-class trainings on 02-07 Septem- ber. The 37 candidates participating in the program will be supported behaviorally and professionally through e-learn- ing and on-the-job trainings during the one-month training period. The successful employees will be entitled to be as- signed as Store Visual Merchandiser as of 1st of October.
