Sürdürülebilirliğimizi sağlamak üzere dört aylık çalış- ma sonrasında LC Waikiki standartlarına özel olarak ha- zırlanan “ODİTO” programı 02.01.2017 tarihinde devre- ye alındı.
Bu program bize neler kazandırdı;
Tedarikçi havuzundan güncel olarak aktif/pasif du- rumunu çekerek otomatik planlama yapılıyor.
Çıkan raporlar sistem üzerinden tedarikçilere oto- matik gönderiliyor.
Termin tarihi yaklaşan uygunsuzluklar ile ilgili teda- rikçi firmalara bir hafta öncesinden otomatik mail gön- deriliyor.
Zamanı gelen takip denetimleri sistem tarafından otomatik planlanıyor.
Tüm ihtar ve blokaj sistemi online takip ediliyor.
Tüm tedarikçilerin son durumu (uygun/uygun değil/ kritik/blokaj) sourcing birimi tarafından online görüntü- leniyor.
İstenilen tarih aralığında aşağıdaki raporlar alınabiliyor:

Global Sosyal Uyumluluk Müdürlüğü olarak hedefimiz, 2017 yıl sonuna kadar Bangladeş ve Çin’de de bu sisteme geçişi sağlamak. Amacımız, sadece uygunsuzluk tespiti değil, tüm tedarikçilerimizin gelişimlerini takip etmek ve onlara destek vermek.
Tüm tedarikçilerimizin “Global Sosyal Uygunluk” standartlarına getirilmesi ve “Sürdürülebilirlik” hedefi- miz için faaliyetlerimiz devam edecek.
ODITO PROGRAM IS ENABLED
The “ODITO” program, which was specially prepared for the LC Waikiki standards after four months of work in order to ensure our sustainability, was launched on 02.01.2017.
What did this program bring us;
Automatic planning is done by pulling currently active/ passive status from the supplier pool,
The outgoing reports are automatically sent to the suppliers through the system,
Automatic mail is sent to the supplier companies with regard to the nonconformities, of which due date is ap- proaching, one week in advance,
The due follow-up inspections are automatically planned by the system,
All warning and blocking system is monitored online,
The latest status of all suppliers (available / not available / critical / blocked) is displayed online by the sourcing unit
The following reports can be received at the desired date range:

Our goal as Global Social Compliance Directorate is to en- sure to move into this system in Bangladesh and China until the end of 2017. Our purpose is not just to detect noncon- formities, but also to follow up the developments of all our suppliers and support them.
We will continue our activities to bring all of our suppli- ers to “Global Social Compliance” standards and for our “Sustainability” goal.
