MÜŞTERİLERİMİZİ DAHA İYİ ANLAMAK AMACIYLA
KOÇ ÜNİVERSİTESİ İLE PİLOT EĞİTİMLER BAŞLATTIK
WE HAVE STARTED PILOT TRAININGS WITH KOÇ UNIVERSITY TO UNDERSTAND OUR CUSTOMERS BETTER
2023 hedeflerimize ulaşma yolunda ilerlerken müşterile- rimizi daha iyi anlama ve tanımaya yönelik olarak iki farklı pilot eğitim programı planladık. Koç Üniversitesi ile olan Müşteri İç Görüsünü Anlama Pilot Eğitim Programı Bayan Casual ekibi ile 13 Haziran itibariyle başladı.
Bu eğitim programı ile temel amacımız, müşterilerimizin ihtiyaçlarını anlama ve beklentilerine uygun doğru ürünü, doğru zamanda müşteri ile buluşturma çalışmalarımızı bilimsel kaynaklar ile destekleyerek hızlı, etkili ve verim- li yöntemlerimizle katkıda bulunmaktır. Programda sınıf derslerinin yanında ağırlıklı olarak saha çalışmaları ve uy- gulamalar ile kazanılan bilgilerin işe aktarılması hedeflen- mektedir.
As we move towards achieving our 2023 goals, we have planned two different pilot training programs to better un- derstand and recognize our customers. Conducted with Koç University, “Understanding Customer Insight Pilot Training Program” started as of June 13 with Women Casual team.
With this training program, our main purpose is to support with scientific resources our studies to match the right product with the customer at the right time based on the customer’s expectations and better understands the needs of customers and to contribute to our fast, effective and ef- ficient methods. In addition to the courses to be held in the classrooms, the program aims to put into practice the infor- mation gained through field studies and implementations.
