THE NEW VERSION OF THE MULTI-DIMENSIONAL LEADERSHIP WILL BE LAUNCHED SOON
Blanchard ile uzun yıllardır süren iş birliğimizi Çok Bo- yutlu Liderlik Eğitimi’nin yeni versiyonuyla sürdürüyoruz. Dünyanın farklı ülkelerinde yeni beceri seti ile katılımcıla- ra sunulan bu eğitim kapsamında, 6 eğitmenimizin akre- ditasyon sürecini tamamladık. Akreditasyon programını başarıyla tamamlayan eğitmenlerimiz Blanchard’ın yet- kili eğitmenlerinden koçluk ve geribildirim alarak akredite oldular.
Bugüne kadar 8 farklı grup için gerçekleştirdiğimiz Çok Boyutlu Liderlik Eğitimi’nin yeni versiyonu pekiştirme ve uzmanlaşma araçları sayesinde katılımcılarımıza oldukça memnuniyet yaratan deneyimler ve zengin bir öğrenme ortamı sundu. Bundan sonraki süreçte, eğitimin yeni ver- siyonu ile katılımcılarımızı buluşturmaya ve eski versiyo- nuna katılan yöneticilerimizi güncelleyeceğimiz projele- rimizi üretmeye devam edeceğiz.
We are continuing our cooperation with Blanchard with the new version of the Multi-Dimensional Leadership. We have completed the accreditation process of 6 of our trainers within the scope of this training, which is pre- sented to the participants with new skill sets in various countries of the world. Our trainers, who successfully completed the accreditation program, were accredited after receiving coaching and feedback from the autho- rized trainers of Blanchard.
The new version of the Multi-dimensional Leadership Training, which we have implemented for 8 different groups until now, provided our participants with the op- portunities for experience and a rich learning environ- ment thanks to the tools of enhancement and special- ization. Subsequently, we are going to continue to launch the new version to the new participants while creating the projects to update the knowledge of the managers, who have participated in the training of the old version.
