KAZAKİSTAN’DA
TAKIM RUHU ETKİNLİĞİ
Mağaza sayısı ve çalışan bakımından önemli bir potan- siyele sahip olan Kazakistan, geçtiğimiz günlerde kendi içerisinde bir takım çalışması düzenledi. Bu etkinlikte- ki temel amaç, takım ruhunu artırmak, ortak bir hedef, doğrultusunda motive olmaktı.
Etkinlik, Almaty yakınlarında bulunan 8 LAKES PARK RESORT’ta mağaza müdürleri ve merkez ofis çalışanla- rının katılımıyla IK öncülüğünde gerçekleşti. Organizas- yon, sabah kahvaltısıyla başladı.
TEAM SPIRIT ACTIVITY IN KAZAKHSTAN
Kazakhstan, which has a signi cant potential in terms of the number of stores and employees, recently organ- ized a team activity. The main objective of this activity was to strengthen the team spirit and be motivated for a common goal and direction.
The activity took place at the 8 LAKES PARK RESORT near Almaty with the participation of store managers and head o ce employees. The organization started with breakfast.
