Introduction
Welcome to Christians United for Israel UK’s seventh issue of the TORCH Magazine.
In this issue we look at the “Wonder Women” who are ghting Israel’s corner on the world stage. The rst, Ambassador Nikki Haley, is actively challenging the anti-Israel nature of the United Nations and is bringing about a real change at the global body. The second is Gal Gadot, the proud Israeli and ex-IDF soldier who is winning the hearts of millions around the world playing the role of Wonder Woman in the blockbuster action movie this summer.
In the aftermath of recent terror attacks in Britain our article “Enough is Enough” asks why there is so little mention of God and how the Church must raise its voice during this time. CUFI supporters are doing just that with more than 10,000
within two weeks signing our petition to ban Hezbollah in the UK; please see page 10 for more information.
Also in this issue of TORCH we look
at how Israel celebrated 50 years of Jerusalem’s reuni cation, President Trump’s recent visit to Israel, and Sir Roger Moore’s special “bond” with Israel. In our CUFI Watch we look at some of the latest news including the anti-Israel Al Quds celebrations in Iran and London.
We hope you enjoy this issue and thank you for you support for the work of Christians United for Israel.
