the Talmid Chacham has not repented from his sin. The law here requires
               more thought and analysis.

(4/4/7)-(19)..benefit to be gained by separating someone from a
sin: Reference Choshen Mishpat, section #28, paragraph #1 in the Rama

(4/4/8)-(20)..disclose: Regarding the issue of disclosing the identity of

the man with whom she committed adultery, the issue is conditional. If
the husband will believe him with the same authority as he would believe
two witnesses without disclosing the identity of the man with whom she
committed adultery, then his identity should not be revealed because
nothing more can come from it (because the husband already believes that
his wife is an adulteress) and identifying this other man is nothing more
than a defamation. But if he sees that without revealing the identity of this
other man he won’t be believed, then it is permitted to reveal his identity.

(4/4/9)-(21)..to the husband: And if the husband won’t believe this

testimony, it is forbidden to disclose anything to anyone, even in a Beit

Mishle (9:8) “Don’t try to rebuke a scoffer because he might come

these people in their foolishness repeat their sins and they would
again sin. Therefore, it would be appropriate to disclose his actions
to the authorities of the city who would then chastise him because
