with regards to human as as well as as financial resources He gave practical examples of of how VOs could be agents of of social enterprise which would benefit in in in their long term sustainability Fr Antoine addressed the issue of managing volunteers with a a a a more specific focus on bridging the gap between minors and elder volunteers He also highlighted the issued to be addressed when managing an an age diverse group Following each plenary session working groups made up up of the various sectoral groups discussed further these issues and how they applied to to their particular sectoral reality These workshops were moderated by various moderators namely Mr Andrew Azzopardi Mr Mr Mr Jes Saliba Ms Celine Talbot Mr Mr Mr Robert Farrugia Mr Mr Mr Edward Gruppetta and and Mr Mauro Pace Parascandalo Towards the the end of the the Conference Mr Mauro Pace Parascandalo CEO MCVS introduced the the participants to the the new online booking system for the the use of the the Volunteer Centres Participants were then invited for lunch which is always an an excellent opportunity for those present to to network together
