We initially retained Claudia to handle the sale of our home after interviewing several agents. She knew our neighborhood well, and understood the market. Our decision was spot on, as she gave us terrific advice on how to rearrange and tweak things to make the somewhat dated house show its best. She was very proactive in keeping us informed during the showing period, not only with market data, but her weekly personal marketing efforts and ideas. She treated us as if we were her only clients. Emails and texts were responded to within minutes, and we were never handed off to back office people. We were so pleased that we then retained her on the purchase of a new house, in an entirely different geographic area. She negotiated seller concessions we never thought we’d get, and made our closing as painless as humanly possible. We could not have been more pleased.

Claudia sold a Trinity townhouse for us and did a fantastic job. We live in another part of the country and Claudia had to step in and actually manage all of the repairs and sprucing up off the property. She knew all the right service people, worked with them to make sure they understood what needed to be done, and checked their work afterwards. Claudia was available any hour of the day or night to answer our questions. For every problem that arose, Claudia had the perfect solution. When the potential buyers offered a price well below the listing price, she stood our ground for us and we sold at the listing price.
