Claudia's real estate career began as an investor in a residential historic reuse project in 2003 and from her family roots in real estate and finance. Deciding in 2009 to formally get licensed and making a career in real estate sales and leasing, she became an agent with Elfant Wissahickon Realtors for 12 years prior to joining Compass. During that time, she has also rehabbed several properties and draws on those experiences advising her clients with the added plus of her keen design and art background.
These skills have resulted in her greatest accomplishment, customer satisfaction by going above and beyond for her clients. Claudia is known to prepare with facts and analysis to strategize with buyers and sellers alike to maximize their investments drawing from knowing the market, seeing the potential and pitfalls while listening to her clients needs carefully. She is grateful to be their advocate in one of their largest investment decisions, buying or selling a home.
Claudia is a Certified Negotiation Specialist, Certified Residential Specialist, and recipient of the Philadelphia Magazine Five Star Award for 5 years. Also, she received the Best of Trulia Top 1% Agent Award and is a Philadelphia Top 500 Producers for 2021.
