A woman commended the uick work by nine of cers to respond to a 911 call and catch armed robbers who took her phone and cash, and also held up others, during the early morning hours of Feb. 11 on West Foster Avenue in the 20th District.
Students from St. Mary of the Woods school helped cover a wall at the 16th District with handmade cards and handwritten notes thanking their police of cers for keeping them safe.
