ON THE COVER
What so proudly we hail
Pledging allegiance to the flag of the United States of America comes in no greater form than standing up for the national anthem. Some would-be public figures have tried to make the public believe that sitting down for the anthem is a way to disparage the police and make a statement. One FOP brother heard enough of that and decided to write a letter to one of those outspoken public figures in the National Football League. Turns out, his words made a statement for all law enforcement officers and their allegiance to the anthem.

50 years of the 100 Club
The 100 Club of Chicago celebrated its 50th anniversary with a memorable affair at the Four Season and a reinforcement of its commitment to provide support for families of fallen law enforcement officers. Some of the honored guests included representatives from Lodge 7 and children of some of those fallen officers who showed how far they have come with that support . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .Page 50
