Faith in the Community
Chicago Lodge 7 has taken the matter of connecting officers with the community into its own hands. An initiative to work with local churches that has been in progress since last summer inten- sified recently when the FOP hooked up with a new organization dedicated to investing in com- munities. With Lodge 7’s help, this effort can go a long way toward helping to make communities safer for the residents and the officers who serve them.
