Cops in the Community
Sometimes, the simple things make all the difference. Chicago Police Officers know that and continu- ally do what they can to connect and give back to residents. Last month, that engagement took on many forms — from charitable giveaways to fun events — which continue to build community relationships.
11th and 17th Districts
19th District
Even with the winter months winding down, officers in the 11th and 17th districts part- nered with neighborhood or- ganizations to make sure that kids and adults in need stay warm by providing them with new coats.
Officers hit the lanes with the 19th District Youth Council for a bowling event that brought plenty of smiles.
