The Fraternal Order of Police Benefits Plan

Award Nominations
If you know of an officer who is deserving of an FOP award, visit the Chicago FOP website to fill out an award nomination form. Print the form and fax or mail it to the FOP Awards Committee for consideration.
Family Auxiliary
The Family Auxiliary was cre- ated in May 1991 to supple- ment the FOP support for offi-
cers and their family members. The Auxiliary is made up of fam- ily members of FOP Police Offi- cers, active and retired. The sup- port group’s motto is “never let them walk alone.” Find out more about Family Auxiliary resources, projects and events on the Chi- cago FOP website.
