N. Western Avenue and W. Belmont Avenue 1:40 a.m.
Memorial for Officer Francis who was killed in the line of duty on July 2, 2008 when he was shot during a struggle with a woman. He served the Department for 27 years. The memorial service will be held where Officer Francis was killed.
