And so in three years, the can-do outlook has grown into a
whatever-we-can-do mindset. Foundation members figured that Chicago Police Officers were getting all the equipment, all the technology, all the training and all the support they needed.
“But we found out that was not the case,” admitted Camille Julny, CPF board member from the Chicago Real Estate power
CBRE. “So to me, what a great opportunity to give those wonder- ful police officers who take care of us, to basically provide some equipment and technology that will make a big difference.”
And that experience led Julny to providing what Chicago Po- lice Officers might need most.
