The Chicago FOP Family Auxiliary is made up of spouses, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, grandparents,
in-laws and children (over the age of 18) of FOP members.
Join us: Annual dues are $25 (all dues received through Dec. 31 will be applied to 2016). For additional information, contact Angie Haynes at 773-334-5718. All retired members can encouraged their family members to join as well.

• All applications must be mailed to: FOP Family Auxiliary Chicago Lodge 7, c/o Angie Haynes, President, 4936 N. California Ave., Chicago, IL 60625.
• Applications must be received by Jan. 12, 2016
• All applicants must be sons or daughters (including step-children) of active or retired police officers that are FOP Lodge 7 members.
• Children of active or retired officers that are attending preschool through high school are eligible.
• Only one application per child will be accepted.
The drawing will be at the General Meeting on Jan. 19, 2016 at Noon
