Ronald Gaines Jr. performs his winning stand-up set during the Third Annual “Laugh Patrol,” the event sponsored by the 100 Club of Chicago that featured Chicago cops doing comedy routines to benefit families of first responders lost in the line of duty. This year’s laugh-in also carried a little extra impact as a night that was just for laughs and a lot more.
