Step 2: Use the no. 3 dry brush or old scruffy brush to lightly stipple with Black Green, Hauser Medium Green and Hauser Light Green.
SMILING BOYS
Step 1: Basecoat as follows: Faces: Mocha
Hats and Pants: Light Avocado Jackets: Deep Midnight Blue Ties: Georgia Clay
Socks: Dove Grey
Shoes: Black Green
Step 2: Use a 10/0 liner brush and Mocha to paint the finger. Use a dry brush on the pompom and collar with Dove Grey. Shade with floats of Deep Midnight Blue.
Step 3: Highlight as follows:
Hats and Pants: Hauser Light Green
Jackets: French Grey Blue
Shoes: Dove Grey
Use a 10/0 liner brush with Dove Grey to paint the triangle. Shade with floats of Deep Midnight Blue.
Step 4: Use the liner brush and Honey Brown and Golden Straw for hair. The eyes and lips are Black Green.
Float Desert Turquoise on the jackets.
For cheeks and shoes, add dots using Georgia Clay.
ACCORDION
Basecoat all areas of the accordion with Deep Midnight Blue, except the keyboard which should be basecoated with Dove Grey. Shade and darken keyline with Black Green. Add a red line with Georgia Clay.
