President’s Letter
I just returned from the Fredericksburg Retreat and all that were able to attend had a great time. They got to paint with their choice of three wonderful teachers – Sherry Nelson MDA, Rosemary West CDA, and Golda Rader CDA. I saw some great projects being painted. Watch for announcements of more adventure and fun in 2023.
I hope many of you are planning to join us in Vegas for our 50th Anniversary Celebration with approximately 40 classes to choose from and an expo hall to shop, shop, shop. Mark your calendar for August 7 – 11, 2022.
Each month the 50th Anniversary Ornament e-packet sale starts on the 5th, purchase your packet and then join the Zoom group on Monday evenings to paint with friends (no teacher). The Zoom link is on the calendar on the DecorativePainters.org website. Surface is available from Pinecraft Inc.
Watch for Anniversary posts on the Society of Decorative Painters Face Book page so you can see what has happened through the years.
