This project is receiving tremendous support through A ordable Housing Tax Credits and other public funding, including the City of Madison, Dane County and private investors. Taken together, those funders are providing over $41 of the $45 million redevelopment.
However, the
majority of costs for the expanded community center, playground, art installations, and sustainable features do not qualify for tax credits. The Bayview Rising capital campaign seeks to raise the final $4 million to fund the unique features that assure a peaceful, connected, thriving a ordable housing community.
