In Store & Curbside Pick Up Backroom Organization & Set up Directives

               In preparation for our June launch of “In Store & Curbside Pick Up” each store will need to organize
               their backroom space and establish a designated area to safely store your customer’s ready for pick up
               orders.
               The storage area should be set up on (A.) a wall with standards or (B.) a section in your Pro-Forma unit.

               The area should be easy to access.

                   A.  Backroom Space (Wall with standards)


                                                         Identify 4 feet of space in your backroom that is close to your
                                                         backroom door so that you can quickly retrieve your
                                                         customer’s order when they arrive.



                                                         Clear the space around your In Store Pick Up storages area.
                                                         Respect all Yellow and Red Zones in your backroom.



                                                          Set up with U bars as shown.

                                                          Wall set up should not exceed 7 feet high so that all customer
                                                          orders are within reach for every team member.



                                                          Set up A-Z Rings (These will arrive in your stores shortly).

                                                          Each Customer order is to be stored in this area & filed in
                                                          alphabetical order and by Last Name.



                   B.  Backroom Space (Pro-forma Set Up)

                                                                         Clear the first section of your Pro-forma.





                                                                          Set up as shown, using the bottom row only
                                                                          where possible to quickly access orders.












          Depending on the volume of customer orders you receive more space may be required in your particular store.
