Breaking New Ground
C anada’s first-ever Range Rover House debuted in Whistler this past February. Whether in Park City or Abu Dhabi, the invite-only retreats
offer guests a VIP experience, all the while celebrating the brand’s iconic portfolio of cars. Set against a contemporary chalet with idyllic mountain views, Range Rover House Whistler invited guests to a curated escape inspired by the Range Rover lifestyle.
The luxurious spirit permeated every corner. Guests were invited
to design their dream Range Rover at the configuration corner, while Harry Rosen’s master classes offered an opportunity to elevate their style. Outerwear from Olmsted, sophisticated scents at Jo Malone’s fragrance bar, and statement jewellery and timepieces from Bulgari all awaited exploration. To unwind after a day of indulgence, guests could savour exquisite Okanagan wines from the well-stocked cellar or enjoy premium spirits and delectable bites from Alta Bistro.
Adding to the excitement was the presence of champion skier Lindsey Vonn. A long-time Range Rover ambassador, Vonn shared her passion for adventure and the thrill of pushing boundaries, both on the slopes and behind the wheel. Guests enjoyed a fireside chat where S/ editorial and creative director Sahar Nooraei discussed Vonn’s remarkable career, her entrepreneurial ventures, and her dedication to mental health advocacy.
But the biggest surprise? The unveiling of Canada’s first Range Rover SV Arete Edition. Its design, inspired by the Canadian Rockies, features a rich blue exterior, crafted interior, and bespoke stitching. Limited to just eight vehicles, the Arete Edition comes with handcrafted skis or a snowboard sporting a unique Whistler motif.
Range Rover House Whistler wasn’t just about luxury; it was an empowering experience celebrating adventure, style, and the thrill of the Range Rover. Leaving the lodge, guests craved the adventures ahead.
