Forest Service Permit Administration Flights
On helicopter flights involving Forest Service personnel for the purpose of permit administration, all flight procedures will follow the Intermountain Region Heli skiing Permit Administration Aviation Operations Plan. Forest Service personnel will provide adequate lead time to SVSH for permit administration flights.
Scenic Flights
The helicopter may be made available for scenic flights, air charter, and movie work. Photographers and filmmakers may use SVHS services from time to time. As usual, guides will accompany the helicopter when landings in the backcountry occur. Their primary concern is safe and prudent operation. SVHS or the production company will secure permits when applicable.
