16+ Sailing Scholar
Being a sailing scholar at Seaford, I have been given many opportunities. As well as being fully supported by the Sports Department on my own sailing journey, I have been able to compete in many schools sailing events. This has ranged from individual fleet racing to team racing in fireflies competing against other schools. The sailing at Seaford and the scholarship itself
have helped me to further my sailing skills.
The scholarship has involved me competing
in events and coaching others to race and compete. My role as sailing scholar is to put my best performance out on the racecourse and the circuit when racing; with the support from the College I have been able to do this.
