Open Access Technical Services (OATS) has been established to provide complete support solutions to organisations designing, building and transforming Africa’s digital infrastructure - both terrestrial and subsea. In addition it has capabilities to support network and data centre infrastructure projects overseas, with the UK and Europe as the first markets outside the continent.
OATS has been formed from the highly-skilled and experienced technical support teams and data centre and network
design and build expertise
that were part of WIOCC and OADC support services. All these divisions have been amalgamated into a separate company - OATS - to service not only WIOCC and OADC, but also external clients.
The full range of our high- quality, tailored support services, designed around client requirements - NOC solutions, field solutions, data centre solutions, IT solutions and data centre and network design
and build solutions – are now available to the wider market and will establish new standards in client services.
